- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, P & P Chair Company ships merchandise to locations within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). Additionally, P & P Chair Company ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Be advised that some delivery areas require additional handling fees for which purchaser is responsible.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. P & P Chair Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Warranty – P&P/Troutman Chair Company warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product, that the product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery to you. Warranty does not apply if product has been altered in any way and warranty does not apply to finish. Should you find what you believe to be a defect, you must return the product with a copy of your receipt to the retailer from where the chair was purchased. P&P/Troutman Chair Company will repair or replace this product should it prove defective under normal use. Costs for packing and shipping to and from the repair location are not covered by this warranty. See our product warranty

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). P & P Chair Company reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All returns must be approved by our P & P customer service department who will provide appropriate shipping instructions. If you believe that your product is defective, contact us and we will arrange return of defective product. Should you determine that you do not wish to keep the product for personal preferences, shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Please see the Warranties section of this document.
